For several years, the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan Forum (KNPF) has been working on a plan for the local neighbourhood. This has now been completed; and there is a referendum about it this Thursday (11 December).
BRAT supports accepting the outcome of the referendum. BRAT is also in favour of the measures proposed by the KNPF – they include much to commend them and very little to object to.
Everybody should have received a polling card with details of their polling station and the hours it will be open.
