Shape Brent: Local Plan Consultation

From 8 November 2018 to 3 January 2019 the council is consulting on a new draft of the Local Plan. It will be the main document used, over the next 20 years, to guide planning applications, including what can be built, where, how, for what use, where restrictions apply and why.

This new draft, the “Preferred Options document” divides the borough into seven distinct “places” to create specific guidance for improving each area.  BRAT is in the “south east place” – page 156 in the Preferred Options Document.  It, the full explanation and other info can be found here:

If you are considering making a submission, going to one of the consultation events or drop-in sessions could you let us know?  It would be good to coordinate.
