New speed limit on Willesden Lane

Brent are proposing a 20mph speed limit on ‘our’ stretch of Willesden Lane (more precisely, between Kilburn High Road and Cavendish Road). BRAT supports this, mindful that there may be diverging opinions amongst our members. Everyone is of course encouraged
