Brent Council’s consultation on licensing private sector landlords

Brent is consulting the public on its proposed licensing scheme for private sector landlords. This is welcomed, as it will provide a way for the council to control unacceptable forms of accommodation, such as ‘beds in sheds’. However, unfortunately, it is not proposed to include the Kilburn Ward area within the scheme. The consultation exercise is your chance to tell the Council why it’s wrong to do so. Please follow the link below and fill in the consultation response form by 10th March.
